1:1 Intuitive Energy Healing Session

Service Description

A gentle yet powerful healing experience to reconnect with your body, release stored patterns and welcome home more of your true self. Through guided breath work, intuitive guided meditation and energy work, we access the nervous system to support deep release, insight, and integration. Each session is unique, led by your body’s wisdom, and held with compassion. Includes: - Somatic breath work - Intuitive healing & energy support - Ancestral pattern clearing (as needed) - Integration - Time for reflection & grounding Each session is one hour/$85. Sessions available: Sunday 12:00 or 1:30; Friday 2:30 or 4:00
