Recharge Canton exists to create a space that feels intentional, restorative, and elevated. We believe clarity builds trust. These Terms of Service outline how our memberships, services, website, and studio operate so that every guest experience remains smooth, respectful, and aligned.
By accessing our website, booking services, enrolling in a membership, or visiting our studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Recharge Canton provides wellness and recovery experiences designed to support general well-being. Services may include light therapies, electrical stimulation therapies, sound and vibroacoustic therapies, contrast therapy, compression therapies, and wellness scans.
Our services are non-medical in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Participation in services requires execution of a separate Participation Agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase memberships or services.
Minors may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent and execution of the Participation Agreement.
3. Memberships & Recurring Billing
Automatic Billing Authorization

Memberships are billed automatically each month on your designated billing date via your stored payment method. By enrolling, you provide express authorization for Recharge Canton to process these recurring charges. This authorization remains in effect until the membership is cancelled by the member in strict accordance with the procedures outlined below.

Member-Managed Cancellations

To ensure security and accuracy, all cancellations must be initiated and completed by the member through the online member portal.

Self-Service Requirement: Cancellations must be performed by logging into your account and navigating to My Subscriptions.

No Alternative Methods: For your protection and to maintain a clear digital audit trail, we do not accept cancellation requests via telephone, email, social media, or in-person at the front desk.

Deadline: Cancellations must be completed prior to your billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.

Refund Policy
If a cancellation is completed after a billing cycle has processed, the membership will remain active and accessible through the end of the current paid period. Recharge Canton does not provide prorated refunds for partial months or "unused" memberships, except where strictly required by law.

Pricing Adjustments
Recharge Canton reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect service enhancements and operational growth. Members will be provided with advance notice of any rate changes via the email address associated with their account.
4. Packages & Promotional Offers
Introductory offers, packages, and promotional pricing:

Are non-transferable

Cannot be redeemed for cash

May expire as stated
Promotions may not be combined unless specifically indicated.
5. Booking & Studio Policies
Appointments are required for all services.
To preserve a consistent experience for all guests:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session

Cancellations within [12 hours] may result in forfeiture of that session

No-shows may result in forfeiture
Recharge Canton reserves the right to modify scheduling policies as needed.
6. Studio Environment & Conduct
Recharge Canton is designed to be calm, restorative, and respectful.
Guests are expected to:

Follow posted and verbal instructions

Use equipment only as directed

Maintain respectful conduct toward staff and other guests
Recharge Canton reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for behavior that compromises safety or the guest experience.
7. Payments & Refunds
All service sales, memberships, and packages are final unless otherwise required by law.
Recharge Canton does not guarantee specific results from wellness services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in services is governed by the separate Participation Agreement & Release of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Recharge Canton shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, membership enrollment, or studio participation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on rechargecanton.com, including text, branding, graphics, logos, design elements, and media, is the property of Recharge Canton and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
10. Communications & Electronic Consent
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications such as:

Appointment confirmations

Billing notices
-
Membership updates
Electronic agreements and signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Stark County, Ohio.
You waive the right to trial by jury and agree not to participate in any class action proceeding.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
13. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
