Class: Energetic System Reset

Service Description

Please join Erica every Sunday mornings from 10-11:30 to learn more about your personal energetic system (also known as your nervous system) in a supportive group setting. Each week we will explore how to recognize and work with the information available to you through your energetic system. This is a beginner series & each class will include experiential exercises, meditations and a chance to share your experiences with others. Our first 7 classes will focus on the traditional chakra system of the body. This is not a closed series, so feel free to come to 1 or as many classes as you would like.
