HOW DOES IT WORK? Start with 10-15 minutes in the full-spectrum sauna, which uses infrared light for deep tissue heat, promoting detoxification, relaxation, and vasodilation (blood vessel widening). Then spend 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge, causing vasoconstriction (vessel narrowing) and stimulating the nervous system, flushing metabolic waste and reducing inflammation.
