WHAT IS IT? Grounding therapy, also known as earthing, is the practice of reconnecting the body with the Earth's natural energy. This process may help balance the body's electrical state, reduce inflammation, a n d restore natural rhythms such a s sleep a n d stress response. Many people use grounding therapy for relaxation, pain relief, improved mood, and overall well-being. HOW DOES IT WORK? The Earth carries a constant supply of free electrons (a natural negative charge). When your body makes direct contact-through bare feet on the ground, or with grounding devices indoors these electrons flow into the body.
