Session Duration: 30 Minutes

The Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a therapy that uses compression- style massage to help the body move lymph fluid more efficiently..

HOW OFTEN TO USE 

  • Wellness & detox: 2-3 times per week is common. 

  • For swelling, bloating, or water retention: up to 3-4 times per week until symptoms improve. 

  • Maintenance: 1-2 times per week to keep results.
