If this is your first visit, we strongly recommend booking a brief studio tour before you begin your day experience. We’ll walk you through each therapy space, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident before your session begins.

Arrive & Orientation
You’ll check in, review your plan, and get settled into the space. We’ll confirm your therapy order and answer any last-minute questions.
Your Curated Therapy Sequence
You’ll move through four therapies selected for your specific focus. Each session builds on the one before it — whether that’s reducing inflammation, improving circulation, or calming the nervous system.
Transition Time
Short breaks between therapies allow your body to adjust and integrate.
Leave Restored
Most guests finish feeling lighter, clearer, and more regulated — physically and mentally.
