What to know before you come
Wear comfortable clothing
Plan for about 60–90 minutes
Bring a water bottle (optional)
We’ll guide everything—no experience needed
Eat lightly beforehand
Bring a pair of slip-on shoes or slippers
Bring a pair of socks (some therapies require them)
A few quick tips
Avoid lotions/deodorant if doing contrast therapy
Bring a bathing suit if using sauna/cold plunge
